Throughout his career, he has developed long-standing relationships with clients including Dermalogica, RR Donnelley, The Toro Company, and Paul Mitchell Schools. His extensive construction experience, hands-on leadership style, and commitment to client service have helped guide ACI’s operations and build lasting relationships across the commercial and industrial sectors.
Robert Maldonado, Estimator | Project Manager
Robert joined ACI in 1990 and brings decades of construction experience to the company. His background spans estimating, purchasing, field operations, and project management, giving him a comprehensive understanding of projects from preconstruction through completion. During his tenure with ACI, Robert has also played an important role in the company’s safety program, helping promote safe work practices and a strong culture of jobsite safety. His extensive industry knowledge, long-standing relationships, and commitment to quality have made him a valued member of the ACI team.
Kye Dixon, Electrical Supervisor
Kye joined ACI in 1984 and has decades of experience overseeing the company’s electrical operations. His expertise spans electrical estimating, planning, field supervision, and hands-on problem solving, allowing him to guide electrical work from initial planning through project completion. Kye is recognized for his technical knowledge, strong communication, and ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently in the field. He maintains his continuing electrical education and California certification requirements, helping ensure ACI’s electrical work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the high standards our clients expect.
Jennifer Perussi, Controller
Jennifer is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine and oversees ACI’s accounting and financial operations. As Controller, she manages the company’s day-to-day accounting functions, financial administration, and office operations, helping ensure the organization runs efficiently and effectively. Since joining ACI, Jennifer has become an integral part of the company’s administrative and financial management team.
